I love this newspaper! The patterns are great and varied for all skill levels. The themed games and horoscopes were so cute. Its pretty much everything you'd want in a crochet newspaper. The library I work at got a subscription and I fell in love! The library also got Knit nation and Baking nation. If any of these are your hobbies, you need their papers!

I don’t care for the loose pages needs to be stapled in the center so you can turn the pages like a book. I had a difficult time trying to follow the pattern. The print for the pattern is too small but then I’m an old person so may be fine for someone much younger.. it’s a cool idea, but I found it hard to follow the pattern with that kind of a layout..

The first issue I got featured a pattern for a bolster pillow. The stitch count was clearly wrong, although I'm an advanced enough crocheter to fumble my way through it. Not a good introduction to a crochet magazine. The rest of the content just was not interesting to me.

I really liked the puzzles and games. The layout is fine. I was looking for something that offered patterns that I would use and this wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I primarily make blankets and kitchen accessories. There is a lot of “filler” stories and history which is fine if that is something you like. This just wasn’t for me I cancelled after 2 months

I was very much looking forward to my first issue of Crochet Nation, and it did not dissapoint. It is well laid out, easy to navigate and truly exceeded my expectations. There are plenty of patterns and puzzles to keep me busy, and our whole family took an interest in the crosswork puzzle, which is very well done. A much better monthly subscription than any streaming service or app I have used! Highly reccomend.

I mostly look for the free patterns or for new techniques. I don't read the stories. I'd like to learn more about different yarns...what to use for what kind of things, which are truly washable and which are not. When a pattern calls for a certain yarn, I'm not likely to order it. I have more yarn than I could ever use. I need to know what is equivalent. I also have trouble with certain brands of yard in making a soft amigurumi. They may shed too much or make a mess when trying to make a Magic Ring or frog. I never remember which ones until I've ordered it again and waste money. A chart would be great!
